By implanting an additional Lens Implant such as an Array® Multifocal Intraocular Lens “on top” of your already existing Monofocal Lens Implant, you can experience the combined vision correction of each Lens Implant-that is, your original Monofocal Lens Implant continues to correct your distance vision, and the additional Multifocal Lens Implant then corrects your Presbyopia and thus your arms length and near vision.
