Dr. Spector exhibited his gift for surgery and medicine at an early age, graduating from New York Medical College at the age of 23, and completing his Residency in Ophthalmology at The New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, plus a Fellowship in Glaucoma at the University of Pennsylvania-Scheie Eye Institute before his thirtieth birthday. He has practiced in Connecticut since 1989.
Dr. Spector is Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
