Samuel P. Solish, M.D. is a Cataract Surgeon in Portland Maine at Eyecare Medical Group. Dr. Solish received his Medical Degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at New England Medical Center followed by a Fellowship in Medical and Surgical Treatment of Glaucoma at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Solish provides his patients with advanced techniques of Cataract Surgery in Maine that require only a very tiny incision, no patches and only eye drops for anesthesia-the "no stitch, no patch, no needle" Cataract Surgery procedure-so that his patients can benefit from very quick visual recovery times with minimal interruption in their daily routines.

He teaches medical students and residents from the University of Vermont School of Medicine and Maine Medical Center.
