Sanford L. Morestsky, D.O. is a Cataract Surgeon in Phoenix at Moretsky Cassidy Vision Correction with offices in Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa and Paradise Valley Arizona. Dr. Moretsky earned his Medical Degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KUCMB) and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of KCUMB as Chairman of the Academic and Medical Affairs Committee. He is a certified by and is a Diplomat the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Diplomat of the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Moretsky is past President and a current member of the Phoenix Ophthalmologic Society and serves in a leadership position on the Board of Trustees of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Moretsky is an Active Member of the Arizona Ophthalmologic Society. In addition, Dr. Moretsky is past President of the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award. He has served consecutive terms on the Advisory Council and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO). He is a member of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges and has been awarded a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for Meritorious Achievement.
