Bernard Milstein, M.D. is a Cataract Surgeon in League City & Galveston Texas and is the Founder of The Eye Clinic of Texas. He performs Cataract Surgery in Galveston for Cataract patients from throughout the greater Houston area as well as from throughout Texas. Dr. Milstein received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston as well.

Dr. Milstein provides his patients with advanced techniques of Cataract Surgery in Texas that require only a very tiny incision, no patches and only eye drops for anesthesia-the "no stitch, no patch, no needle" Cataract Surgery procedure-so that his patients can benefit from very quick visual recovery times with minimal interruption in their daily routines.

Dr. Milstein is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He has served as President of the Texas Ophthalmological Association and is active in the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and numerous civic organizations. He is on the Development Board at the University of Texas Medical Branch and has served on the Board of Visitors at Texas A & M. As founder of Prevent Blindness Texas Gulf Coast Branch, he currently serves on its Board of Directors. In addition, Dr. Milstein is listed in The Best Doctors in America.
